Ceren Gülal Karakuş graduated from Galatasaray University Faculty of Law in 2007 and completed her master’s degree in French, European, and International Business Law at the Institute of Comparative Law, Paris-II Panthéon-Assas University in 2008.After serving as an Assistant Inspector at one of Turkey’s most reputable banks, Karakuş has worked in leading law firms in Turkiye, focusing on capital markets, credit and finance projects, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance and corporate governance processes in public companies, and company formations. While serving as the legal advisor for a software company, she became a partner at DP Law & Consultancy Office in 2017. In 2019, she moved to Strasbourg and began working as a legal expert at the European Court of Human Rights. After completing this role in 2023, she returned to Turkey to continue her legal practice.
At our firm, she is responsible for providing legal services in the fields of commercial, corporate, and capital markets law, including company formation and liquidation processes, project financing, venture capital and investment agreements, startups, mergers and acquisitions, compliance policies for public companies, competition law practices, and contract law. She also actively participates in legal processes related to property and freedom of expression violations at the European Court of Human Rights.
As a trademark attorney, Ceren Gülal Karakuş supports our clients in trademark registration and protection processes.
She provides services to clients in Turkish, English, and French.
